Hi Khyati, so how do you define yourself?
I would like to describe myself as a person with full of confidence, thoughtfulness, passion & optimism. I believe in high integrity. I utilize my intelligence & sincerity in a highly proactive & productive work. I am a believer of God & also believe in respecting others.

Being a student of MBA, what drove you towards writing?
Writing is an art which I have inherited from my father and grandfather. I get my source of inspiration from my family, my best friend Aneesh Porwal and my well-wishers.

How do you find success in literary industry?
To succeed in any industry you need passion, intelligence and creativity. If you have the blend of all three, I think you can be successful in literary industry.

Profession or passion, what would you chose if one day given a choice?
I would choose my passion as my profession.

How different is life as an author and as an MBA student?
I believe for being an author you need to be passionate about life and compassionate towards others. As an MBA you are required to be sensitivefor understanding and managing every situation across the organization. Hence my passion and profession complements each other.

Tell us briefly about your story, “Love story” in Moonlit Matinee 3
It’s a beautiful story of my parents who will be celebrating their silver jubilee this 14th February. This story revolves around the journey of a couple who from being strangers are today the world’s most loving couple.

Do you believe that in today’s world where marriages and breakups are so common, a marriage can actually be so loving to last so long?
I believe in the institution of marriage. Marriage is not just about two people coming together. It’s about their family, the struggle towards achieving the best, the trust and the love which keeps the journey going.

Why do you feel your story deserves to be a part of this book?
This book is a compilation of twenty five different beautiful tales and since my story is a dedication to my parents, theirjourney of togetherness and a successful marriage, I believe this story deserves to be a part of this book.

How did you come up with the plot?
I have grown up seeing my parents and their journey of togetherness. I always wanted to gift them something special on their silver jubilee and I don’t think there can be anything as special as this, to gift your parents on their wedding anniversary.

What is the part of your story that you as an author enjoyed most?
As an author it’s really amazing to write about something that inspires you and my parents have been the biggest source of inspiration of my life. Hence capturing their 25 years of togetherness in a story was the most beautiful part that I enjoyed the most.

How is experience at Gargi Publishers?
Gargi Publication House is an extremely welcoming publication house. The entire team is really great with lots of passion and creativity within themselves.

What message would you like to give to our readers?
It’s a beautiful love story which will not only fascinate you through the fancy world but will also inspire you as to how should one lead the beautiful journey of marriage and years of togetherness. Hope you enjoy the beautiful reading.
